These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shops Near Me mobile application and the website at shopsnearme.in (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Naman Dadoo ("we", "us", "our"), based in India. By creating an account, installing the App, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms on your behalf.
To use most features, you create an account using your name and an Indian 10-digit mobile number. You are responsible for keeping the device on which you are signed in physically secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

Shop information — including images, descriptions, offers, phone numbers and locations — is provided by shop owners or curated by the Service. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee the availability of any offer, opening hours, or product. Always verify with the shop directly before relying on it.
The Service can send proximity notifications based on your device's location. You may disable notifications at any time from your phone's Settings or the in-app "Nearby shop alerts" toggle. Notifications are not guaranteed to be delivered (e.g., when your phone is in airplane mode, battery-saver, or has aggressive OEM-level task killers).
All trademarks, app icons, banner art, source code, and design elements of Shops Near Me are owned by Naman Dadoo. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your personal device for the purposes intended by the Service. Shop logos and product photographs are the property of their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of distances, or that every nearby shop in your area is listed.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, in no event shall Naman Dadoo or Shops Near Me be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of goodwill, data loss, or substitute service costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees).
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App or asking us to delete your account (see Privacy Policy, Section 7). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give you in-App notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
